The management of the company is under the Managing Director. The MD is a Science Graduate (BSc in Geology) with extensive training in Finance, Economics and Accounting. He is thoroughly equipped with first-rate analytical, negotiation, management and interpersonal skills. While being a decisive self-starter and committed to the job performance and responsibilities, He also possesses strong commercial instinct and business acumenship, a team mind-set and an inherent ability to communicate in a wide range of people. He has over 10 years of work experience in the extractive industry (Mining, oil and gas).
There are five Managers who reports to the MD, Head of Construction Services, Head of Operations, HSE Manager, HR & Administration Manager and Head of Finance. The company currently employs eight Engineers, one Engineer who serves as head of operations and two Engineers who work under him as head of sections. Five site engineers who work under head of sections. There are Six technicians who works under the site Engineers. There are also Quantity surveyors, Architects and Land surveyors who works under Head of Construction Services. We employ professionals and experienced employees in their fields. Our in-house knowledge and experience combined with a good teamwork between Employees and Management enabled us to meet all the technical and commercial requirements of our market sector.
